Thomas Sjøberg
Thomas has more than 20 years experience in the Software and O&G industry.
Previously Thomas held positions as President of EMGS AP, Director of GeoX AP – SLB, VP Business Development - Ping Petroleum, CEO of SPS and VP BD in Disruptive Technologies. He has more than 15 years international experience (Asia).
Thomas has developed significant understanding of sensor-requirements across industries from his previous positions where he worked closely with IoT partners globally.

Bjørn Rosvoll
Bjørn has more than 30 years experience in sales and operations from O&G, Maritime and the IT industry.
Bjørn has held various Director roles for Q-Free, EMGS, Aptomar, Lithicon, Rapp Marine and Inmeta Consulting. Bjorn has been employee representative on the board of directors of Q-Free ASA, EMGS ASA and Crayon Group Holding ASA.
Bjørn has worked with global sales throughout his career and been critical in contract and tender-negotiation in every company he has worked with. Bjørn also have several years of international experience among others from being located in Australia.

Marius Jacobsen
Marius has more than 15 years of experience with Business Development in Software and Medical industry.
He has held various sales and business development roles at companies such as Medtronic, IQVIA and LivaNova (Cyberonics).
Marius also has several years of international experience in Asia.
Through his previous roles, Marius has developed a deep understanding of market needs and requirements in Cold Chain Monitoring, Logistics, and Life Sciences. He has built a global network through international postings.

Sven Tierney
Sven has more than 20 years experience in technical roles from AI and E&P software industry.
Sven previously held positions as Head of Technical Support – GeoKnowledge, Technical Sales – Schlumberger and Technical Director in Salcon Petroleum Services. He has 10 years international experience (Asia)
Sven has set up many technical support teams for various software companies and has been influential in steering the direction of software development based on his understanding of clients needs.

Paul Fauchon
Paul has more than 15 years experience as a team leader in software development.
He has held positions as Software Team Leader – Unified Communications, Software Team Leader – BAE Systems and Senior Java Developer – Wealth X
Paul has vast experience in back-end software development as well as front end engineering. He has led several software teams in product development and operations hosting a variety of SAAS products.

Øystein Moldsvor
Øystein has more than 20 years of experience in leading roles within the semiconductor industry.
Øystein is currently Radio Development Director at Nordic Semiconductor ASA. Before this, Øystein was co-founder and VP Engineering at Disruptive Technologies from 2014 to 2024. He graduated from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology with an MSCEE in Electronics. He brings more than 20 years of experience in leading roles within the semiconductor industry. Before founding Disruptive Technologies, he was a co-founder and CTO in Arctic Silicon Devices and R&D Director for data converters in Nordic Semiconductor ASA. Øystein is passionate about bringing forward innovative products that overcome IoT barriers to create a level of connectivity never seen before.

Sigve Tjora
Sigve has more than 20 years of experience in technical and leadership roles in the semiconductor, electronics and IoT industries.
Sigve has worked in both architecture, design and implementation of hardware, firmware and cloud computing. With his broad technical experience he has been instrumental in bringing innovative solutions to the market.
Sigve is currently working as Principal System Architect at Nordic Semiconductor. He has previously held positions as CTO - Disruptive Technologies, Senior IC Design Engineer - Hittite and R&D engineer - Kontur.

Terje Eidesmo
Terje has more than 30 years in leadership postions from startups to large publicly listed companies.
He combines commercial expertise with strong leadership skills, strategic abilities, and good technology and product insight.
Terje has been CEO at Investinor and Kverva Technology as well as Managing Partner of ProVenture. Prior to that, he held several positions in Equinor ASA and was a Professor of Petrophysics at NTNU. Terje is probably best known for having established, led and developed EMGS ASA from its conception to an IPO valued at around USD 1,5 billion.
He has demonstrated a combination of commercial expertise, strategic thinking, and technical insight that is important in the development of companies, teams and individuals.

Morten Frøseth
Morten has more than 20 years experience from developing, financing and leading technology companies.
Morten has been key in the founding of many companies coming from high tech environments such as NTNU, SINTEF and Fraunhofer. Morten has been CEO and CFO for several high tech start-ups like Indusenz, Crayonano and Nicoustic.
Morten is partner in CoFounder Management, an early stage investment and management company based in Trondheim.
