Implementation & Customer Success Specialist

As our Implementation & Customer Success Specialist, you’ll guide customers through the entire journey—from the moment their system is prepared and shipped, to installation, onboarding, and long-term follow-up. Your work ensures that every customer gets a smooth, confident start and continues to receive great value from our solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a central role across several key steps in our delivery process:
✔ System Preparation & Handover
Work closely with our internal team to understand system configuration, testing results, and customer requirements before delivery.
✔ Customer Onboarding & Training
Host friendly intro sessions where you walk customers through the setup, provide clear training, and help them feel ready for installation—whether they do it themselves or choose onsite installation.
✔ Installation Support
Collaborate with customers to ensure the installation goes smoothly. This includes guiding “customer-installs” and participating in onsite installations when needed.
✔ Documentation & Setup Guides
Provide clear configuration documentation and practical guidance tailored to each customer’s environment.
✔ Post-Installation Follow-up
Check in shortly after installation to ensure everything is operating as expected, answer questions, and assist with troubleshooting.
✔ Long-term Customer Success
Stay connected through regular meetings and proactive support—helping customers get the most out of our IoT platform and building strong, long-lasting relationships.
