Business Development Representative (BDR)

We’re growing our commercial team and are looking for a BDR who loves digging up potential prospects and booking meaningful first meetings.
This role sits at the heart of our sales engine.
You will be the one who opens doors.
What you’ll do
- Identify and research potential customers
- Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and phone to spark interest
- Book first discovery meetings
- Work closely with our commercial and technical teams
- Build a pipeline across Norway, Europe, the UK, and the US
Who you are
- Curious, structured, and motivated by results
- Comfortable speaking with decision-makers
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Norwegian is a bonus)
- Interested in technology and how our solutions create value
- Either experienced in SDR/BDR work — or ready to grow into it fast

The position is based in Trondheim or Moss and we welcome applicants looking for an internship, part-time role, or a full-time opportunity. The position reports to VP Business Development.
